Easily the most popular utau voicebank and also one of the first ever created, Kasane Teto is known for her red coloration and powerful cute voice. While many people say she is the best, she is monopitch, which is considerably ass.

How to install voicebanks: Drag and drop onto utau. If that doesn't work, unzip it to the voice folder in the utau's folder. It should be located in C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\AppData\Roaming\UTAU\voice with appends going in the main bank's folder
